UI/UX design and interactive experience
HCP is one of the top investors for healthcare properties. This responsive website showcases an interactive map with photos of their portfolio, their executive leadership, and a timeline of the company’s history. A photoshoot was art directed for their executive team to align with the new website.
Basic data for each building was used to create an interactive map of all properties in the USA and UK. The company's history was highlighted in a simple timeline.
The full experience is designed and optimized for all screen sizes and meets the standard for WCAG's Web Accessibility Guidelines.
Six template designs to accommodate different content types, including: Investor Relations, team/property profiles, history timeline, sustainability, homepage/video, and portfolio diversification.
UI elements, iconography, color palette and usage, typography, and header styles...having a style guide for everything helps make life easy.
